Mr. Huang, I heard that you have been particularly interested in electrical appliances since you were a child. In high school, you used your vacation to work as an apprentice in an electrical repair shop. to learn the knowledge of electrical appliances.Later, you even helped the neighbor repair his broken TV, I am particularly interested. How did you fix it?

This is my high school experience. When I was in high school, I often used my winter and summer vacations to learn how to repair electrical appliances from a master who repaired electrical appliances. I am interested in electronics and mechanics and I want to study in depth.

Because of your love for electrical appliances, you majored in mechanical and electronical engineering in college. What have you learned from this profession?

The main research is the content of machinery, tooling, and the partial content of electronics. This with my hobby is relatively consistent.

After graduating from university, you joined an electrical appliance company invested by an American company in China, responsible for product design related work. What is your specific job?

I started out as an assistant engineer. At that time, my manager asked me to study in the maintenance position of the production line and understand the various technological processes in the workshop. For example: injection molding process, screen printing process, Metal stamping and other processes, I'll get to know everything.

A qualified engineer needs to understand the basic technology and process flow. After I understand and become familiar with these, when I go to develop a product independently, I will consider all aspects of it from the perspective of production process and process flow, thereby reducing product design defects. At the same time, I will also optimize its production process to save costs and improve assembly efficiency.
This is very critical for current consumer products and electrical appliances products.

Quantitative change causes qualitative change. 2009 was a turning point - "Electronic Switch for Blender" was born this year. This product brings you a big order. And I heard that the story is wonderful, can you tell me something about it?

In 2009, from my friend. He manufactures and sells motors. A client came to my friend and said he needed a motor with an electronic switch for the blender. But products of the same type are patented, or locally patented.
Electronic switches happen to be my specialty. After listening to my friends, I know his difficulties - how to design products that meet the client's requirements and avoid patent disputes at the same time? In the end, the solution I gave won the approval of the client, so the client gave us such a large order in such a short time.

In 2010, you founded Keewey.
At this time, Keewey has the ability to design more products for clients. Keewey has designed many products for clients including dough mixer, multi-functional auxiliary food machine, baking machine, coffee machine,automatic hand sanitizer, toothbrush disinfector, sprayer, remote control electronic candle etc. there are many kinds. I've been working in this industry for almost twenty years since I graduated from college,have accumulated a certain amount of experience.There is a need for precipitation in an industry,Only by being more focused and professional can we do a better job. So, I think these products are my accumulation of nearly 20 years.

In 2016, the "automatic protein powder stirring mug" that you led the research and development has become the most sold product on the whole network. Can you tell me the story of this product?

I attended some industry conferences at the time, and I realized that they had some pain points.

Nowadays more and more people attach importance to health, and a lot of people consume things like milkshakes, protein powders, meal replacements, and probiotics.
And we always have to use a spoon to brew these foods. When you go out, you always bring bowls, spoons are inconvenient and not good for brands to promote their food products. Therefore, through our research and market research, this mixing jar needs to have several features, not only must it be food grade, but it should be easy to carry; at the same time, it needs to be easy to clean. Of course the quick stirring is its biggest advantage.

Only with these characteristics at the same time can there be a market. Although the product is relatively simple, the innovation is very important. It took me two or three months to come up with this product. As soon as it was launched, this product was widely recognized.

The name of your company is Keewey. I want to know more about it, why is it called Keewey?

Keewey in Chinese is "楷微（Kai Wei）", "楷" means that we hope to become an Exemplary in the industry， "微" is to maintain a careful and rigorous attitude at work.

How do you summarize yourself in a simple sentence?

I prefer the role of an engineer. I am willing to spend more time focusing on product development, with our engineering team, provide clients with higher quality products and comprehensive services.

Nothing makes me happier than clients satisfaction of our solutions.

There is a client case that I would like to share. In April 2020, an American client wanted to purchase a hand sanitizer dispenser. He gave me a design drawing at the time, the client did a very good job of appearance, but lacked practical experience in the placement of internal parts, so there's not enough space. The advantages of Keewey are also shown here. We can carry out appearance design, structural design and final production for clients. According to the needs of the client. We provide the new appearance to clients in the fastest time, as a result, clients also like this new appearance very much.
From the appearance design, product structure, tooling manufacturing, and then to the production, it only took 4 months.I believe that such a high level of cooperation and service efficiency is in a leading position in the industry.
